Born and raised in Mississippi, Ledell Weaver is the founder of Global Touch Outreach, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening communities, and turning compassion into meaningful service.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Ledell has led workforce strategy, organizational development, and operations across complex, highly regulated environments. Her professional experience includes co-leading a portfolio valued at more than $50 million, supporting 43 federal contracts across 28 states and more than 30 facilities.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. Through Global Touch Outreach, Ledell has supported charitable efforts in Jamaica, Ghana, Korea, and Mississippi—including educational outreach, community support, care packages for soldiers serving in Korea, and the Ryan Brumfield Scholarship Fund established in memory of her son.
